Construction Maintenance Manager to join our team and oversee the creation, management,
and coordination of maintenance work orders.
Job Description:
The Construction Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication
and efficient operations between subcontractors, clients, and in-house teams. This role requires
strong organizational and communication skills to manage work orders, schedules, and related
documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage maintenance work orders using Service Fusion.
- Communicate with subcontractors and clients to coordinate work orders and provide
updates.
- Send detailed work orders to subcontractors, ensuring all necessary information is
included.
- Work closely with in-house technicians, project managers, and other team members to
ensure efficient operations.
- Make phone calls to gather details, provide updates, and follow up on work order
progress.
- Schedule and track maintenance work to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all work orders and related tasks.
- Address and resolve any issues related to work orders or scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with email and spreadsheets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
