_Are you…?
Customer Oriented? Perfect—you’ll be a key teammate in delivering a high level of service to our customers. You will interface with customers at key points of construction, and most importantly you will ensure that the product we deliver is of the best quality in every way.
A fan of the great outdoors? This will be the perfect fit. You’ll be working outside in the sunshine on a regular basis, not cooped up in an office all day.
A person who enjoys seeing flat land turned into a home? That’s exactly what you will make happen. You will be doing the thinking work, not the manual labor in building homes.
A quality oriented, attention-to-detail person? This will be helpful when you are examining the quality of our Building Partners’ work at each phase of construction. You’ll ensure everything is quality built to-plan so that the next things can be too.
Afraid of using the telephone and face-to-face interactions for verbal communication? Sometimes the best answer to a question is “no,” and this is one of those times. We believe in being efficient, proactive and rapport-building in all that we do. These forms of interaction accomplish just that.
