Job Description :
The Director, Accounting is a Full Time, Regular position working Monday-Friday at our Inland Imaging Business Center in Spokane, WA.
Summary : Directs budget and cost controls, financial analysis, accounting practices and reports. Analyzes and interprets financial data and recommends changes to improve systems and financial performance for all companies as assigned.

For companies assigned :
- Manages accounting functions
- Prepares reports and statistics reflecting financial performance, profits, cash balances, or other financial results and maintains general ledger.
- Reviews accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash management entries.
- Establishes and maintains general accounting, budget, or cost accounting records.
- Prepares tax reports and balance books.
- Communicates with other departments regarding interaction of activities, projects, new services and schedules.

Prepares the annual operational and capital budget for review by leadership.Prepares monthly financial reports to include standard financial statements and cost accounting review.Performs variance analysis of actual to budgeted results.Controls and directs accounting functions daily that includes maintenance and monitoring of all general ledgers activity and closing processes.Reviews and approves the posting of payables, receivables, fixed assets, and payroll subsidiary ledgers.Responsible for cash management including reconciliation of bank statements.Prepares excise tax report.Prepares ownership distribution calculations if necessary.Maintains and updates financial policies and procedures in conjunction with the Inland entities.Prepares financial information for external income tax preparation and annual audits.Assists with accounting projects as assigned.Attends and participates in various meetings as requested.Administrator for banking and treasury management services for assigned companies.Monitors credit facilities (lines of credit, equipment financing) and compliance with Banking Covenant's per company credit agreements.Prepares for quarterly equity ownership distributions projections.Other special financial projects and duties as assigned by leadership.General Duties and Responsibilities :

Education : Four-year Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or another related field.Experience :Eight years minimum of Accounting / Finance experience
