Job Description :
The Provider Relations Specialist is a Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm position. This is an in-person position that does require some schedule flexibility based on business needs (some weekends or before / after hours due to events and or meetings). Some travel required between Spokane and the Tri Cities.
Summary : Responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with referring providers and their teams, serving as a trusted liaison between Inland Imaging and its referral network. This role also supports and executes the organization's marketing initiatives to enhance provider engagement, improve referral volumes, and promote imaging services. The ideal candidate combines excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to relationship-building and marketing execution.

Provider Relations Management
- Builds, nurtures and maintains strong relationships with referring providers, their staff and key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for providers, addressing questions, concerns, and opportunities for improvement in a timely manner.
- Conducts regular visits to referring offices to provide updates, promote imaging services, and collects feedback to enhance the provider experience.
- Works closely with clinical and operational teams to resolve provider challenges, improve referral workflows, and streamlines communication.
- Collaborates with leadership to identify opportunities for new provider partnerships and increased referral volume.
Marketing Support and Education
Assists in the development and execution of the marketing plan to promote the organization's services to referring providers.Organizes and participates in outreach campaigns, educational events, and other initiatives to showcase Inland Imaging services.Supports the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, and digital content tailored for providers.Monitors marketing efforts to assess effectiveness, gathers feedback, and refines strategies as needed.Represents the organization at community events, provider meetings, and industry conferences to enhance visibility and referral engagement.Data Monitoring and Reporting
Tracks provider engagement, referral volumes, and satisfaction metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Reports on outreach efforts, key achievements, and feedback gathered from providers.Works with leadership to analyze market data and assist in setting measurable goals for provider relationships and growth.Other special projects and duties as assigned.General Duties / Responsibilities :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications or a related field is required and / or equivalent experience.Experience : Two or more years of experience in provider relations, healthcare marketing, or a customer-facing role withing a medical or healthcare setting required.Strong understanding of medical imaging services and the healthcare referral process.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, team members, clients, customers, and the general public.To perform this job successfully, the individual must have reliable transportation and have the ability to make and keep regular appointments with referring providers and their staff.Key Competencies :Relationship Management : Ability to build trust and rapport with providers and office staff.
