Location: 3030 Airport Road La Crosse, WI 54603
Starting Wage: $28.22 - $31.99/hour $1.00/ hour shift differential
Shift: Rotating days: 6:00pm – 6:00pm
Work Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts including every other weekend:
- Week One: Three Days – 36 Hours
- Week Two: Four Day - 48 Hours
Typical Day in the Role:
The Press Operator is responsible for tasks that include:
- Leading printing production for the job run.
- Responsible for staging, managing the run, and the handling of materials.
- Trains, assigns, and directs work for Assistant Operator.
- Partners with Production Supervisor and Maintenance to troubleshoot and resolve production related issues.
- Works as a team member to meet production and company goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree required
- 5 or more years of manufacturing experience
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Willingness to utilize and learn new technology

Physical Requirements: Must meet physical demands identified in work screen protocol, this includes lifting up to 70 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 90 pounds on an occasional basis; Vision corrected to 20/40; Must pass Ishihara Color Assessment.
