Location: 3030 Airport Road La Crosse, WI 54603
Starting Wage: $19.00/hour - $22.00/hour
Shift: Rotating nights: 6:00pm – 6:00am
Work Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts including every other weekend:
- Week One: Three Days – 36 Hours
- Week Two: Four Day - 48 Hours
Typical Day in the Role:
- Moves and/or replaces gaylords and pallets between production, staging areas, and receiving.
- Delivers supplies to production lines and moves pallets between production and staging areas.
- Bands and prepares skids for shipment to other La Crosse locations.
- Cross-training in other roles across the production environment
- Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Proficient computer skills with the ability and desire to learn new systems and processes.
- Strong math skills
- Detail-oriented with fine attention to detail.
- Problem-solver with the ability to make independent decisions.
