Looking for a professional, detail oriented, organized office admin to join our staff part time. Must be able to follow instructions, learn systems, work independently, use proper grammar in all forms of communication, and proofread your work.
Must be available during the following hours : During the school year, 9 : 00 am to 7 pm on M - Th, 3 : 00 - 6 : 00 on Fridays, and 8 - 1 on some Saturdays. During the summer, on weekdays mornings and / or afternoons, with an occasional evening until 7 pm. Note that the schedule takes place within these hours, but does not include all of these hours, with a schedule that is set on fairly regular days / hours. A typical schedule might be Tues. 9 - 2, Thurs. noon - 7 and every other Sat. 8 : 00 - 1 : 00.
The number of hours for this part time position begin at 10 hours and up, depending upon your abilities. Professional skills will merit a higher number of hours and greater responsibility. Experience in systems and marketing are a plus!
Pay range listed is starting wage, with opportunities for advancement for those who continue to grow and learn within our office systems.
