What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Truck Parts - Warehouse/Delivery position at Inland Truck Parts & Service?
Inland Truck Parts & Service is now searching for a full-time team member for our Parts Counter in Belgrade, Montana. This position requires someone with a passion for excellent customer service and ideally, knowledge of truck parts. For this position, the general pay range is $25.00-$30.00, but depends on experience, knowledge of truck parts, and skillset. Although the parts counter will be the primary job assignment, you will be cross trained to perform duties shipping/receiving duties in addition to delivery driving using a company vehicle. Please do not apply if you do not have a good driving record (DMV report will be reviewed). Post-offer testing required, including drug testing.

Examples of daily tasks:
Work in the warehouse - shipping/receiving in addition to delivering/picking up parts in the area
Communicate courteously with customers over the counter & over the phone
Ensure excellent internal/external customer service & communication

Pull & bill parts
Read & understand parts manuals / books
Demonstrate basic tool & machine operation / knowledge
Computer use
Assist with shipping & receiving
Receive stock orders, purchase orders & transfers
Put cores away
Attend vendor meeting when possible
Assist in inventory (bi-annual)
Assist in answering phone when needed
Candidates must have a valid and clean driver’s license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain alert and attentive to job duties. You must be able to bend, stoop, twist, carry, push, pull, reach & lift overhead, and go up/down steps.
