This role involves a variety of tasks, including bookkeeping, customer service, and general office management. Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and procedures
- Handle financial transactions responsibly and honestly
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform bookkeeping tasks and maintain accounts receivable
- Operate a multiple line phone system
Qualifications
- Self-motivated, organized, and team/people-oriented
- High energy and detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- General knowledge of accounting & bookkeeping principles
- Experience with typing/keyboard/10-key by touch and other office equipment
- Experience with operating a multiple line phone
- Accounts Receivable experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
