Service Writer

Inland Truck Parts & Service is seeking a full-time, Monday-Friday, skilled service writer with a passion for excellent customer service to join our team in Rapid City, South Dakota. Pay range: $23.00- $30.00/hour, depending on level of experience/knowledge of truck repairs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The right candidate should be able to coordinate and schedule work in the service department, be the main point of communication throughout the service, and provide a detailed estimate and invoice upon completion. Experience in heavy duty truck repair/commercial truck experience, preferred

Requirements: A high school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience, valid driver’s license with good driving record, ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain alert and attentive to job duties.
