SIGN ON BONUS
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated CNAs to join our team at our assisted living facility for 1st Shift (7am-3pm). Pay is starting at $19.00 / hr. As part of the Wellness Team, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our residents with their daily activities, including personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.
Responsibilities :
Assisting residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
Administering medication reminders and monitoring health conditions
Preparing and serving meals, as well as assisting with feeding if necessary
Engaging residents in social activities and providing companionship
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers
All other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred
Certification in CPR and First Aid
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Compassionate and patient demeanor
3 years or more of CNA Experience
CNA Certificate in SC
