Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team in a medical office setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with clinic scheduling, medical records, and medical receptionist duties, ensuring efficient patient flow.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule patient imaging/procedures in a timely manner
- Manage and update medical records accurately
- Communicate effectively with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information
- Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar systems to input and retrieve patient data
- Handle phone systems professionally to assist patients with scheduling needs
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks software is a plus
Experience:
- Prior experience in a medical office setting as a Scheduler or similar role preferred
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
