Base Salary: $36,000 Commission Based on Brokerage Revenue (a.k.a. unlimited earning potential)

We have over 20 agents and 700 doors under management. That’s not potential — that’s a gold mine, and we need someone to grab a pickaxe and start digging. We’re not looking for a sleepy old broker looking to collect a paycheck and ride off into the real estate sunset. We want someone who wants to build an empire with us.

• 10x our brokerage business by any means necessary.
• Train and motivate the living hell out of our agents.
• Mine sales opportunities from property management and our growing pipeline.
