Application Support Analyst
Basic Purpose and Objective of the Position - Stated Briefly:
Under general supervision of the CTO, this position is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and support requests of Inline Products, including any various development projects that may arise.
Responsibilities:
1. Regularly respond to technical support requests from clients and colleagues.
2. Assist management and coworkers on various projects as needed.
3. Test and maintain features in Inline Products to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
4. Recommend improvements to existing features and software generally as necessary.
5. Proficiency in all programs used by Inline Products to complete day-to-day functions.
6. Ability to troubleshoot issues in Inline Products and determine efficient solutions.
7. Perform routine audits of processes that run in Inline Products.
8. Develop and implement new features within Inline Products.
9. Maintain and improve the performance of Inline Products.
Allocation of Application Support Analyst’s Time:
1. Responding to technical support requests 60%
2. Assisting management and coworkers 20%
3. Maintaining and improving the performance of Inline Products 10%
4. Assisting in the development of new features of Inline Products 10%
Knowledge/Experience/Education/Training:
- Experience working in a fast paced, multi-task environment is a plus.
- Average experience required in Windows, TFS, Outlook, Power Point, Word, and Excel.
- Must possess excellent customer service, oral communication skills.
- Minimum Associates Degree in a Software Development related field.
- Proficient Knowledge in the following development technologies: C#, JavaScript, TML, LINQ, Lambda, SQL Server, T-SQL, Entity Framework, jQuery, Object Oriented Programming Methodologies
- Introductory Knowledge in the following development technologies: XML, JSON, SOAP, WCF, REST, SQL Service Broker, Telerik UI, Telerik Reporting, Kendo

- Must possess ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work independently as well as being a team player.
- Must have the desire to learn new technologies and work on projects that may be out of your comfort zone.

- Must be able to recognize and meet system development needs while staying compliant with standard development and company policies.
Contact with others:
- 30% of time may be spent communicating with clients and third parties via phone, letters, and email.
- Daily interaction with in-house personnel.
- High level of interpersonal skills required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
