Immediate Openings - Looking for people with automotive parts knowledge to help with online sales, answer presale questions, product recommendations and care for our large established customer base. You will be working in an office setting, providing customer support via email, chat and phone.
*You will have your own desk/work area
*Correspondence via Email and Phone, no cold calling or outgoing sales calls
*Schedule will be Monday-Friday, 40 hrs per week
*Opportunity for growth
*Car parts knowledge required, as this will be used on a daily basis to help customers purchase parts for their cars. We will train on our products, but general automotive parts knowledge is needed.
Starting at $20/hr. based on experience. Benefits available after 90 days which include, 401k plan, Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Holiday Pay. Paid time off begins accruing immediately.
