What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Supervisor position at Inline tube?
Supervise inventory for our fulfillment warehouse. Oversee ordering, space allocation and transfers from departments as well as data in inventory software.
Report inventory levels and issues to management and create reports that show available inventory and inventory needs for ordering.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the flow of parts and products for fulfillment department; make sure shelves are stocked and inventory is on order or scheduled in production ahead of outs.
- Stocking inventory and maintaining space and appropriate levels.
- Run inventory reports and oversee work order creation and transfer orders.
- Create, manage, review and correct Bill of Materials.
- Daily review of stock quantities and communicating requirements to production, purchasing and Inventory Manager.
- Other miscellaneous inventory/reporting duties identified by Manager.
- Assist inventory group in maintaining accurate inventory count.
- Responsible for accuracy of information put into the inventory software.
Requirements
Inventory control experience.
Experience with inventory software.
Inventorysoftware experience required
Must have at least 5 years of inventory control experience.
Strong organizational skills.
Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
Full time position
M-F 8am - 5pm
