We provide the training and support to help you take these leads and open escrows. We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 2-3 deals per month within 90 days time. inMotion Group Properties offers continued education to ensure that our licensed agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition.
2025 is the year you can increase your production for good. Regardless if you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, our licensed agents are consistently able to open 2-3 escrows a month with the leads we are able to provide.
Compensation :
72,000 - $312,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Market residential properties effectively in the Denver, CO, US area, targeting potential buyers with precision
- Skillfully manage negotiations for purchase agreements and contracts to ensure mutual satisfaction of buyers and sellers
- Perform in-depth market analyses to determine property values accurately within the Denver region
- Offer clients valuable insights on essential real estate procedures and expert guidance throughout the transaction process
- Maintain an active Real Estate License to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
