Patient Care Coordinator - InMotion Physical Therapy
InMotion Physical Therapy is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Create and manage new patient accounts
- Schedule appointments for new patients
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Collect patient payments and track charges
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Excellent multitasking and task prioritization skills
- Experience with office management software or computerized systems is a plus
- Previous experience in a physical therapy or medical office setting is preferred
Work Hours:
- Monday through Friday, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
