Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Assist with reservations and room assignments
• Provide information about local attractions and dining options
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Process payments and handle financial transactions securely
• Address guest concerns and ensure a positive experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems
• Professional demeanor and a passion for guest service
• Availability to work weekends
