Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest service, accurate financial reporting, and saftey & security for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Manage phone systems and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with guest services and inquiries during the night shift
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality management role preferred
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with resort or hotel operations is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
