Business: The Inn at Taughannock Falls, is a luxury boutique hotel with Lakeview dining and world class event center, located just outside of Ithaca NY, The company is seeking an *experienced* Dining Room Manager to join the team.
Since this multi-million-dollar event center named, “ENCHANTMENT” opened four years ago, we have earned “BEST IN SHOW” for 4 years in a row and are one of the highest rated Event Centers based on “The Knot” and “Wedding Wire” in central New York. This venue is the only one of its kind in the region, featuring a 100’ x 60’ sailcloth tent, customizable lighting package, multiple fire features including an enormous dry stack stone fireplace, a private prep kitchen and luxury restrooms.
Position: The Dining Room manager will lead the serving staff in their training and execution of dinner service. They will schedule all staff, operate at the Hostess Stand as needed, and assist servers and bartenders where needed. The Dining Room Manager will liaise with the Executive Chef and the General Manager on the operation of the restaurant and it's menus.
