Responsibilities
As the Chef, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:
Kitchen Management
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.
- Develop and execute seasonal menus that highlight local ingredients and cater to diverse guest preferences.
- Ensure all meals are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety regulations.
Team Leadership
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Lead by example in maintaining professionalism and high standards.
- Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
Event Catering
- Plan and execute menus for catered events, including weddings, corporate retreats, and private parties.
- Collaborate with clients to customize menus and accommodate dietary needs.
Administrative Duties
- Monitor food costs and manage kitchen budgets.
- Order supplies and ingredients, ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with management to develop promotions and special dining events.
Qualifications
We are looking for a Chef who is:
- Experienced:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a similar setting.
- Strong background in both a la carte dining and event catering.
- Creative:
- Passionate about creating unique, flavorful dishes and seasonal menus.
- Organized:
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks, from daily operations to large events.

- Demonstrated ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
