MAINTENANCE WORKER
Salary commiserate with experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work under supervision of Maintenance Director
Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff
Follow safety guidelines and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be knowledgeable in areas of general maintenance, plumbing, water and sewage, electrical wiring
Prefer knowledge of HVAC repair and carpentry skills
Knowledge and ability to use power tools and equipment safely
Will be required to work weekends, holidays and possibly late night hours
Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
Minimum of 1 year experience in a maintenance position is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift heavy objects. Be able to bend, twist, kneel, and climb stairs, climb ladders, and perform other physical demands of the job.
Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
