What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Services Supervisor position at Inn on Fifth, a Noble House Hotel?
A beautiful boutique hotel, the Inn on Fifth located in the heart of Naples, boasts 87 guest rooms, 32 club suites, a spa, a fitness center, and a sparkling pool. Work with a wonderful team that is rooted in family and provides an exceptional experience for our guests.
As a Supervisor of Guest Services, you will:
- Assist the Director of Guest Services by leading and supporting the front of the house operations and working directly with the Reservations, and Sales and Marketing Teams, to Make Things Better for our guests and team members.
- Communicate with guests on all hotel services and features, including but not limited to hours of operations to ensure that any guest inquiries are responded to efficiently and accurately.
- Work with the Housekeeping and Engineering Teams to ensure all guest rooms meet the standard of excellence the Inn on Fifth guests expect, and they are available consistent with the scheduled arrival.
- Respond to guest requests timely to ensure that the highest standard of service is delivered in a friendly and personalized manner which encourages them to Stay a While.
- Monitor and ensure all cashiering procedures comply with the accounting standards and assist the Accounting Team in researching any discrepancies or disputed charges.
- Review account status for guest in the hotel.
- Ensure team members are up to date on room deficiencies and out of order rooms at the start of each shift and make any necessary adjustments.
