As the Night Auditor…
This part time Night Auditor opportunity is there re to Make things Better for guests during the overnight hours.
This position supports the Front Office operations by performing end of day/start of day accounting tasks, including prepping for the next business day.
- Responds to guest inquiries and updates guests accounts
- Balance the cash flow drawer and log receipts investigate and resolve out-of-balance guest accounts
- Accurately updates the team at the end of shift through the Passdown Notification
- Process discounts and vouchers
- Ensure guests are checked-in and books are kept up to date
- Track room availability and occupancy Prepare daily reports and summary balances
- Anticipate guests’ needs and answer any guest question/resolve any guest issues or complaints
- Maintain complete knowledge of all resort features, services, hours of operation, all room types, room layouts, room rates/packages and special promotions, room availability status for any given day, and scheduled group events
