What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Attendant position at Inn on Fifth, a Noble House Hotel?
Job Duties:
As a pool attendant, you will play an integral role of bussing and running food to guests, while being an ambassador of the hotel and will be a key contributor to driving our guest happiness, by treating each guest experience as its own. You get to care for our hotel guests while working around the pool deck in our outdoor environment. Your role will include walking the pool deck, ensuring cleanliness and obstacle free while assisting with pool towels, chairs and umbrellas. You will drive the guest experience through great menu knowledge and personalization of each guest. It is our standard to always recognize guests by their last name when possible. Our expectation includes you being able to handle guest opportunities on first impact and ensure that all guests have an amazing experience.
