Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables quickly and accurately
- Assist in expediting food orders when needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Communicate effectively with servers to coordinate food delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food running station
- Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or banquet setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with kitchen and serving staff
- Familiarity with basic kitchen operations to help with food preparation if needed
- Willingness to assist cooks and other team members as necessary
