Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dining area remains clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests. Duties
- Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly after guests leave.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and food delivery.
- Help with the organization of utensils, glassware, and dishes in the kitchen.
- Support catering events by preparing dining areas as needed.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues when necessary.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members.
- Familiarity with bussing techniques and food handling practices is a plus.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting is essential.
- Experience in catering or large event services is beneficial but not mandatory.
