Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure all public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, are clean and presentable at all times.
• Assist Housekeeping Staff: Provide support to housekeeping team by collecting and distributing linens, removing trash, and restocking supplies.
• Set Up and Break Down Event Spaces: Assist with the setup and breakdown of furniture and equipment for meetings, conferences, and events.
• Guest Assistance: Respond to guest requests and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department to ensure prompt resolution.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Adhere to Health and Safety Standards: Follow hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a housekeeping or custodial role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Working Conditions:

• Work is performed in a hotel environment with exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting are required for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
