Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our pool service team at the Inn & Spa at Loretto. As a swimming pool attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and enjoyment of our guests in the pool area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool area, including trash removal and glass collection.
- Assist with special events and activities in the pool area as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve excellent guest satisfaction and hotel goals.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in hospitality or a related field.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer service.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 30 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
- New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
