Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time hourly position for our pool area at Inn & Spa at Loretto. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests, as well as providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
- Greet and welcome guests in the pool area.
- Check identification to ensure minimum age requirements are met for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Note, ring up and serve food and beverage requested by guest.
- Run beverages and food to and from the bar to the pool.
- Provide general pool area upkeep and cleanliness.
- Assist guests at the pool with general service.
- Respond to guest requests and questions and report guest issues and complaints in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform any other additional duties as assigned by leadership.
- Scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
Requirements:
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
- Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more.
- Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 30 pounds frequently.
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
- 6 months to 1 year experience; high volume and/or fine dining experience preferred but not required.

Compensation Details: $6.00-$8.00 DOE tips plus benefits.
