Position Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on, highly organized Ecommerce (DTC) Manager to support and execute the day-to-day operations of our direct-to-consumer business. This role also acts as the digital account manager for Sephora.com and TikTok Shop, ensuring cross-channel alignment and flawless execution across platforms.


This role is remote, working in the East Coast time zone. The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 annually.

Responsibilities

DTC (Shopify):

  • Manage the daily operations of our Shopify site, including product uploads, merchandising, price changes, and promotional setup.
  • Execute product launches and site updates in coordination with Marketing and Ops.
  • Maintain and manage the DTC calendar, ensuring deadlines are met across teams (Creative, Marketing, Ops).
  • Write briefs for creative content across email, SMS, and site assets; manage timelines and QA assets prior to launch/execution.
  • Own the end-to-end execution of email (Klaviyo) and SMS (Postscript) campaigns — including building, testing, scheduling, and monitoring sends.
  • Maintain automations and flows across email/SMS, regularly reviewing performance and updating as needed.
  • Coordinate closely with the ad agency to traffic assets, ensure timely delivery, and review campaign performance (paid social, search, affiliate).
  • Support Shopify site optimization efforts through app integrations, merchandising tests, and basic A/B testing execution.
  • Monitor daily DTC KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion), flag trends or issues, and support reporting efforts with actionable takeaways.
  • Liaise with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, Ops, and Customer Service to align on priorities and ensure flawless execution.


Sephora.com & TikTok Shop:

  • Act as the day-to-day account manager for Sephora.com and TikTok Shop, ensuring flawless execution across both platforms.
  • Support product launches, promotional updates, and brand campaigns in partnership with Sephora’s merchant and marketing teams, and in alignment with TikTok Shop initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain all PDP assets and content (copy, imagery, video, how-to, etc.), ensuring they are accurate, optimized for conversion, and brand-aligned.
  • Set up and manage TikTok Shop listings and coordinate campaign execution in collaboration with social and content teams.
  • Monitor performance across both retailers, surfacing key insights and optimization opportunities to drive conversion and visibility.
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure product availability, inventory, and fulfillment align with promotional calendars and DTC goals.
  • Stay informed on Sephora’s digital innovation programs and TikTok commerce trends to identify new opportunities for growth.


Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of eCommerce or DTC experience, ideally within prestige beauty or skincare.
  • Proven experience managing Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript.
  • Experience with Sephora.com and TikTok Shop is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and performance marketing background, with deep understanding of customer lifecycle and channel performance.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Naturally curious, resourceful, and always looking for ways to improve the business — even outside of your immediate responsibilities.
  • Passion for beauty and digital innovation.

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
