We are seeking a dedicated behavioral health professional to join our team in Norman, OK, specializing in trauma-informed care for first responders and their families. The ideal candidate would be a licensed behavioral health professional in Oklahoma and have experience in treating, or working with, first responders. This is a 1099 position which offers a flexible work schedule with billing and administrative tasks managed by the company.Requirements:Licensed behavioral health professional in the state of Oklahoma - LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC, PsyDExperience with first responders and trauma-informed care.Benefits:Flexible work schedule to maintain work-life balance.Hybrid work option after initial onboarding period.Professional office space for in-person sessions.Support with billing and administrative tasks, allowing more focus on client care.Access to user-friendly EHR system.Help with insurance credentialing.No more than 35 client caseload per week with additional incentives paid for anything over a 30 client caseload.Reports directly to the Clinical DirectorResponsibilities:Clinical Care:Manage a caseload of 30-35 clients weekly.Provide comprehensive assessment, treatment, and case management.Adhere to clinical standards of practice and licensing requirements.Maintain current knowledge in theories and practices for clients with serious behavioral health symptoms.Minimum Qualifications:Two years post-license in behavioral/mental health.Master’s degree in a related field.Valid behavioral health license from Oklahoma (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LADC, PsyD)Knowledge and Skills:Understanding of wellness, recovery, and resiliency strategies.Familiarity with psychological diagnostic methods.Knowledge of community resources related to first responder behavioral health.Effective communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.Interpersonal sensitivity for a diverse population, especially first responders.Additional Preferred Skills: Trained in EMDR, CPT, and/or TF-CBT Schedule:While we do not have a set schedule for this position yet, we are looking for someone who is open to working some hours outside of a traditional schedule (i.e. early mornings, evenings, or weekends). The selected candidate will have the opportunity to choose their schedule with final approval by the Clinical Director. Payment is based on clients, this position will receive 40-55% of each session depending on experience and client load.
