What You’ll Do:

As the Manager of Inner Rail Food Hall, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, leading a team of 20-40 (seasonal shifts), and ensuring a seamless experience for guests and vendors alike. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and supporting front-of-house staff to maintain exceptional service and a positive work culture.
• Coordinating with vendors and the bar to ensure smooth operations and supply management.
• Managing labor and scheduling to align with budget goals and seasonal needs.
• Overseeing cleanliness, sanitation, and the upkeep of common areas, bathrooms, and dining spaces.
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
• Working closely with the leadership team to drive community programming, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Preparing and reviewing financial reports, payroll, and weekly performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or a similar field.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• A people-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for team development, guest satisfaction, and creating a positive environment.
• Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Sling) and POS systems (e.g., Toast) is a plus.
