Job Overview:We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Graphic Designer & Animator to join our creative team. In this role, you will lead graphic design projects while also contributing to video editing and animation efforts. The ideal candidate is a visionary designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, branding, and motion graphics, and someone who can bring their creative energy to every project.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Lead the creation of visually compelling designs across various mediums, including digital, print, and social media.
• Develop branding elements, such as logos, color palettes, typography, and style guides, to ensure cohesive visual identities for clients.
• Design promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, email templates, and website graphics.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and execute designs that align with client goals and brand guidelines.

Video Editing:

• Edit and enhance video content for marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality visuals and storytelling.
• Add graphics, transitions, and sound effects to elevate video production.
• Work closely with the video production team to maintain brand consistency across visual content.

Animation:

• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for videos, social media content, and advertisements.
• Develop animated elements that align with branding and campaign objectives.
• Utilize animation software to deliver polished, professional outputs that resonate with target audiences.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate the team’s creative output.
• Partner with account managers, content creators, and video production specialists to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
• 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with additional experience in video editing and animation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design and animation tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work, including branding, print, digital, video editing, and motion graphics.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with 3D animation tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Experience in designing for social media platforms and understanding of platform-specific requirements.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and website design is a plus.
