Southern California – Inaugural Family Medicine Residency Program Director- FQHC setting in Coachella, California.
· Permanent full-time position.
· $270,000-$367,000 annual base salary.
· Monday-Friday work schedule 8 hours shifts.
· Sign On Bonus, Relocation Assistance.
· Established organization and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with a total of ten Medical Clinics, six Dental Clinics, three Pharmacies, three WIC Centers, and one Optometry Department.

Education and Experience
· Must be interested in working with and serving the medically underserved patient population.
· Prior experience in residency education or medical education leadership is required.
· Knowledge of AGGME accreditation standards and commitment to graduate medical education.
· Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrate ability to mentor and develop faculty residents.
· Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
· California medical license required.
· ABFM Board Certification is required.
· Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
