The Dietitian plays a critical role in ensuring the best possible nutrition outcomes for our patients/residents by overseeing overall patient/resident nutrition, quality control, diet modification, nutrition care plans, and documentation within the nursing center.
- Collaborate with the Administrator, Director of Nursing, and Food Service Director to maintain high standards in nutrition care.
- Develop and implement comprehensive nutrition plans of care with the interdisciplinary team.
- Document and track nutrition assessment tools, recommended interventions, and follow-up in a timely manner.
- Engage with the interdisciplinary team to address nutrition concerns.
- Deliver educational sessions on diet modifications for residents/patients, family members, and caregivers.
- Evaluate and enhance the nutrition care delivery process to ensure clinical excellence.

- Desirable: prior experience in a healthcare setting or as a consulting dietitian.
