Responsibilities and Qualifications
The Dietician will be responsible for:
- Assessing the nutritional needs of residents/patients and developing individualized nutrition care plans
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to track and evaluate the effectiveness of nutritional interventions
- Providing education and guidance to residents/patients, family members, and caregivers
- Documenting nutrition assessment tools and follow-up in a timely manner
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Dietitian, registered and/or licensed, as required by the state of employment
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or as a consulting dietitian is preferred
- Experience working with geriatric populations is a plus
