Clinically Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PT)

InnerSourced Solutions is seeking to hire a part-time, clinically licensed therapist to provide individual and family therapy for adults and adolescents. This is a contractual, part-time position with full-time potential.  Part-time positions require a minimum of 10 billable hours per week of direct client contact each week. Full-time positions require a minimum of 25 billable hours or direct client contact per week. There is also a possibility for this to be a full-time, W-2 position. Must be available for remote clinical consultation monthly pursuant to CARF standards.

You create your own schedule (mornings, afternoon, evening and weekend hours), see your clients and generate your notes in our HIPAA-compliant, EMR system (inSync) within 24 hours of the provision of services.

Your Responsibilities 

• Schedule appointments with clients according to program standards
  

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Provide weekly individual and/or family sessions to clients using various therapeutic modalities
• Provide complete and timely documentation to support services rendered in our HIPAA-compliant, cloud-based EMR system. 
• Effectively communicate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a timely and respectful manner
  
• Strict adherence to COMAR and CARF standards both in practice and in documentation

Requirements:

• Master's in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy) or Doctorate in Psychology
• Active Clinical License to practice in the State of Maryland as a LSCW-C, LPC, LCMFT, or licensed psychologist
  
• Must be PROFICIENT with technology / Electronic Medical Records systems
• Must provide pdf of Maryland CAQH profile/application
• Active Malpractice Insurance
• Active First Aid and CPR
• Must pass criminal and child protective services background checks
• Possess an active Maryland driver’s license & reliable personal vehicle
