Duties, Tasks And Responsibilities
- Assemble each product according to specifications
- Follow all quality and safety standards and procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary products in your workstation
- Take initiative in leading and motivating the team, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Respectfully take directions from supervisors with an overall positive attitude
- Technical/analytical work focus
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented and leadership potential
- Reliability and punctuality
- Proficient with a variety of manual power tools and tape measures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- 1 years of assembly experience is preferred
- Prior experience managing a team is a plus
- Able to bend and perform repetitive motion for extended periods
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds
