Set on 225 pastoral acres, our establishment features a farmhouse hotel, guest cabins, and various amenities designed to provide guests with a relaxing and memorable stay.
Summary
Our Servers are responsible for driving seamless dining experiences according to guest expectations and preferences, as well as the signatures and standards of our service, as directed by the restaurant leadership team. Their focus includes delivering detail-oriented hospitality, preparing and organizing the dining room for service, and holding a thorough and nuanced understanding of menus while communicating this to both guests and colleagues. Comprehensive training is provided on an ongoing basis as our collective knowledge and goals evolve.
Ideal server candidates will have:
- At least two years of experience in a high-volume, hospitality-driven environment
- A positive “how can I help?” attitude and commitment to the overall guest experience
- A working understanding of food and an interest in culinary culture
- A basic understanding of wine and cocktails (primary styles and/or regions, basic flavor profiles and/or categories)
- The ability to listen and communicate clearly
- The ability to follow instructions and make decisions based on the standards, mission, and goals of service as established by our leadership team
- The ability to set an easy, warm tone and establish a sense of trust with guests
- Flexible availability especially during summer
