POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Spa Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Spa Concierge and Facilitator team with the support of the Spa Manager. In addition, the Spa Operations Lead will also assist with training and MOD shifts when scheduled as.

Essential Job Functions
Training
- Conduct the onboarding training for the Spa Concierge and Facilitator team.
- Assist with weekly service audits.
- Conduct shadow shifts with new team members.
- Ensure the Spa Concierge and Facilitator team supports and consistently executes the Salamander Collection Vision, Brand Promise and Core Values.
- Continuously review department SOP’s ensuring that all standards are met.
- Assist with logging and managing maintenance requests.
- Oversee the spa reception, locker rooms, outdoor areas and facility specific storage areas.
- Assist with MOD Shifts as needed and complete the required tasks and MOD Log as needed.
- Ensure the Spa Concierge and Facilitator team is completing their opening/closing duties.
- Assist with group bookings as assigned by Spa Manager.
- Outline weekly and monthly team duties.
- Dealing with dissatisfied or disgruntled guests.
- Ensure that the Spa Concierge and Facilitator team is following the Spa standards on a daily basis.
- Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the Back of House, Laundry, Spa Locker Rooms and Relaxation Lounges.
- Assist with special Spa events as needed.
- Work with Spa Manager on maintaining adequate stock levels for guest and operation supplies.
- Assist with retail inventory as needed.
- Attend spa leadership meeting when scheduled.
- Assist in facilitating monthly Spa Concierge/Spa Facilitators meetings.
- Attend quarterly Spa Staff Meeting.
- Relevant issues, statistics and planning
- Assistance and follow-up, monthly tasks and responsibilities and timely follow-up
- High School Diploma
- Previous Spa/Hospitality experience
- Customer care or relations experience
