We are looking for an Operations Manager that will be able to assist management to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Operations Manager include providing support to our managers, supervisors, employees, and guests and assisting with daily Hotel needs.

- Always approaches all interactions with guests and employees in a friendly and service-oriented manger by maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Promotes a positive and caring work environment by addressing and resolving any conflict in a clam and poised manner.
- Should have an eye for detail and the ability to effectively deal with guests and other departments.
- Welcomes guests and fosters customer loyalty through his/her friendly manner.
- Responsible for handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and ordering supplies.
- Provides real-time scheduling support by booking appoints and preventing conflicts.
- Assists departmental heads in HR functions, scheduling, general oversight and steps in when appropriate to assist departmental heads with operational duties.
- Assists department heads with processing payroll for employees.
- Maintain contact lists for all staff, vendors, and any emergency situations.
- Prepare and process invoices for all departments.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Integrates and trains employees, providing support for skill development.
- Ensures team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing, and policies and knowledge of the local area and events.
- Has a good knowledge of all systems and standard operating procedures for all departments.
- Performs any other duties as assigned by management.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required, hospitality industry preferred.
- Should be able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English in order to communicate with guests and team members.
- Have a strong attention to details.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must be a team player.
