Inno Supps is one of the fastest-growing supplement brands in the world — and we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Assistant to support our fast-moving team.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our CEO and CMO to keep projects running smoothly, help coordinate marketing campaigns, and assist with vendor and product sourcing. If you're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has a knack for organization, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Assist executive leadership (CEO & CMO) with day-to-day needs including campaign coordination, vendor communications, and project follow-ups.
- Help manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless collaboration and timely deliverables.
- Source products such as apparel, supplements, and promotional materials for marketing and brand initiatives.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns by helping organize assets, track timelines, and ensure everything stays on schedule.
- Help brainstorm and organize marketing campaigns (email, social, influencer, paid media).
- Schedule and post paid ad content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Coordinate asset collection (photos, videos, graphics) with creative teams.
- Assist with writing basic marketing copy, captions, or email content.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience or strong interest in marketing, operations, or executive support roles.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Comfortable using platforms like Upwork and basic project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.).
- A resourceful, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail.
