With a proven track record of success, we are poised for exponential growth and are looking for a highly experienced, forward-thinking VP of International Marketing to take us to the next level on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive, multi-regional marketing strategy to scale our brand presence, drive market share, and achieve revenue growth across all markets.
• Brand Leadership: Elevate and protect our global brand identity while ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and customer experience across all markets.
• International Expansion: Spearhead our market entry and growth strategy for international territories, adapting campaigns to local cultures, preferences, and trends while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Experience, to ensure cohesive and impactful go-to-market strategies.
• Data-Driven Performance: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize results, and report directly to the executive team.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay at the forefront of marketing trends, tools, and technologies, continually refining strategies to maintain a competitive edge in an ever-evolving global landscape.
• Team Development: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing global marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including investors, and strategic partners, to report on marketing performance and strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Leadership: At least 10 years of senior marketing leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to build and lead global marketing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• International Expertise: Extensive experience in launching and scaling brands in multiple international markets, with a deep understanding of regional nuances, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
• Strategic Visionary: A forward-thinking marketer with a track record of creating and executing high-impact marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
• Digital Mastery: Deep expertise in digital marketing channels, including performance marketing, social media, content marketing, and SEO, with experience managing large budgets and complex campaigns.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from data and use them to inform decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
• Innovative and Agile: Ability to thrive in an ever-changing global landscape, quickly adapting strategies to take advantage of new opportunities and respond to emerging challenges.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, persuade, and present to diverse stakeholders, including executives, teams, and external partners.
• Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
