What are the responsibilities and job description for the STAFF AUG - FIELD DRIVER position at INNO4?
Service Point has an immediate need for a Field Driver for a 3-4 month temp to hire opportunity working 100% onsite based in San Jose CA. Individuals will need to go to San Francisco frequently but outside of that will be traveling in and around the immediate San Jose CA area. Hours are 6AM-2:30PM Monday-Friday.
As a driver you will provide IT vending route replenishment, IT Moves and ITAD collection services at our client’s site.
• A motivated self-starter who is friendly and engaging with customers and co-workers alike to promote a company that provides a multitude of services providing a unique service delivery structure across a range of product sets in the IT, AV environment.
• To be successful this driver will be working in a quick paced environment and demonstrate a willingness to accept and drive innovation and process improvements. This driver will take direction from on-site lead and should feel comfortable working alone or in a team
Responsibilities:
• Collections
o Collect ITAD from client’s campus
o Sort, and prepare recycle for delivery to client IT room, warehouse or downstream partner
o Maintain a clean working environment
• Vending Route Replenishment
o Restock items in vending machine
o Collect and track inventory levels
o Install vending machines
• IT Moves
o Deliver equipment to requested location
o Install or remove IT equipment
• Maintain all logs and reporting documentation.
• Adhere to business guidelines, company policies and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in a professional manner
• Drive a company vehicle to perform pick-up/delivery service for customer on an as needed basis ranging from a cargo van to a 26’ box truck
• Must be able to work with manual and powered material handling equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 1-year customer service-related experience required
