We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Controls Scheduler to work in a Hybrid Role to support our growing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing, managing, and maintaining project schedules across various projects. This position involves working closely with project teams to ensure that all project milestones and deadlines are met, and providing continuous reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning and Scheduling :
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules using scheduling software Primavera P6, to ensure timely project execution.
- Create baseline schedules and implement updates based on project scope changes, risks, and resources.
- Ensure schedules are integrated with other project plans and adjust as needed to reflect changes in scope or timelines.
- Monitor and track project milestones and deadlines to ensure project stays on schedule.
