Account Supervisor
INNOCEAN USA, a full-service ad agency located in sunny Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking an Account Supervisor to join our Experiential team!
We are a hybrid workplace. Candidates must be local to SoCal.
As a core member of INNOCEAN’S Experiential Department, the Account Supervisor works with a cross departmental team to ensure the delivery of experiential and sponsorship marketing projects with high quality service, so that all client needs are met on time, on scope and on budget.
The Account Supervisor will assist the Group Director and manage multiple experiential projects at various high-profile events for the Hyundai Motor North America client. This position will focus on development and execution of experiential strategies and activations. Principal responsibilities include supporting the experiential operations and team in managing national and regional / local events, activations and initiatives throughout all facets of program development.
This individual should be skilled at budget management, tracking and reconciliation. Ability to multi-task and work both independently and within a team. Possesses the ability to break down complex client problems and issues skillfully to ensure that solutions are appropriately tailored to their needs.
PURPOSE OF ROLE
Assist with overall management of financials, operations, and reconciliation of Hyundai’s National & Regional Experiential Marketing programs in conjunction with other team members in order to assist with growing the brand, strengthen brand identity and increase leads in an effort to influence sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the planning and execution of Hyundai National/Regional Experiential Events.
- Coordination of billing, invoicing and reconciliation of operations and production budgets in accordance with terms laid out by the HMA/IWA contracts.
- Budget management and tracking.
- Produce, log, track and reconcile estimates and work order changes, as well as other supporting reports and documents for operations and fabrication related projects.
- Monitor, document and ensure compliance with all logistical and budgetary requirements outlined by the mutually agreed upon contract.
- Execute proper order placement, documentation and management of all experiential direct vendors and subcontractors.
- Support, analyze and assist in preparation of the client’s annual operating budget and monthly forecasting process.
- Track expenses and revenue versus budget to reforecast and analyze fluctuations.
- Assist IUS Experiential teams with special projects as needed.
- Help build an agency culture based on thought-leadership and positive energy that inspires award winning work.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 6 years of experiential account management or project management with client interface
- Event / Sports / Entertainment marketing, as well as automotive marketing a plus
- Well versed in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel capabilities
- Passion for learning and always reaching to uncover truth in human behavior and cultural understanding

The salary range for this role is $82,000 - $85,000.
Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: client, experience, training and/or transferable skills.

Salary : $82,000 - $85,000
