Account Supervisor
INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency located in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking an Account Supervisor to join our General Accounts team!
We are a hybrid work-place, x2 days week in-office. Candidates must be local to SoCal.
DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
The General Accounts Team works with various clients from different industries and the team develops and presents strategic brand initiatives that deliver on the client’s business objectives. We partner with cross-functional teams to develop disruptive ideas at all points of the customer journey. The team includes Brand Management, Creative, Social Media management, Media, Production and Experiential.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Supervisor will manage the day-to-day business on the two of the global accounts and assist on new business.
The Account Management team will be an extension of our client’s team, and relationship management and rising to the occasion are important. The Supervisor should be a proactive thought leader with great relationship and management skills, and in-depth knowledge of agency processes.
This role requires working closely with clients and providing education and onboarding where needed, as well as collaboration with project management, media, finance, creative, experiential and production teams.
The Supervisor will run day-to-day projects autonomously, knowing when to uplevel as needed. This position will report to the VP, Group Account Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily contact and relationship building with a variety of different clients and departments within client's business
- Provide agency coverage and client support at Experiential events
- Organize project timelines, budgets and team workflow delegation with Project Management Team
- Interface with marketing partners to facilitate content delivery, production and strategy
- Manage finance process on the agency and client side, including billing and job tracking
- Facilitate internal creative development, including kick-offs, working with strategist on briefs, meeting facilitation, client feedback, product & legal reviews
- Coordinate with IUS Production and Cliet’s Finance team to vet all production projects
- Oversee client billing
- Maintain project status documents and hold check-ins to gauge progress
- Interface with Business affairs to ensure vet all content licensing
- Enthusiastically represent the team to clients, partners and within Innocean
DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual (Korean) is required
- 6 years of Account Management experience at an advertising agency
- Willing to travel, up to 20%, for events, production and client business
- Strong understanding of and passion for Automotive is preferred
- Prior experience in account management for global brands is highly preferred.
- Social Media Account management experience is highly preferred
- Ability to think strategically
- Ability to time manage, meet deadlines and multi-task
- Comfortable presenting and communicating with client and internal teams
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, diligence, and sense of ownership
- Proactive thinker, communicator, and problem-solver
- Knowledgeable in MS software (Word, Power Point, and Excel), Google Docs and highly skilled in presentation deck development (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc)

The salary range for this role is $115K to $125K. Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: experience, training, transferable skills, and client.

Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
