Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst
INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency located in Huntington Beach, CA, is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our growing team!
The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst is primarily responsible for financial planning and analysis, overseeing subsidiaries within the Americas region, and consolidating business reports for review and analysis. This role includes budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to support the company's financial goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage the company's financial forecasts and annual budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management
- Collaborate with various subsidiary companies to understand their financial needs and provide support in decision-making processes
- Gather financial data from subsidiary companies within the Americas region and prepare comprehensive reports for regional headquarters, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Address and complete various financial tasks and projects as requested, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to business needs
DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-4 years of experience in Accounting & Finance/working in a similar role
- Korean fluency required
- Knowledge of media or production billing preferred
- Exceptional computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel)
- Bachelor's Degree required, Finance or Accounting Degree preferred
- Ability to work overtime, especially at month-end
- Strong knowledge of billing and accounting concepts
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
- Capable of making timely, independent decisions
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Ability to work well in an environment with firm deadlines; results oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Reports to: Director, Finance
Salary range: in the range of $60,000 to $70,000
Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: years of experience, training, and transferable skills.
